    Rhee Byung-kook, the President of Korea Global Development Consulting Center (KGDC), is a career diplomat of Korea. He was the Korean Ambassador to the Republic of the Sudan during 2007-2010, and the Vice President of the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) from 2010 until 2012. He had also been posted in other countries including Barbados, Pakistan, Malaysia, USA, and Kenya. He studied at the Korea Military Academy and the Harvard Kennedy School (MPA’96).

    Amb. Nam Sang-wook, the Director-General of the Korea Council on Foreign Relations (KCFR), is a career diplomat of Korea who served as the Korean Ambassador to Ecuador from 2001 to 2003. He also served as the Korean Consul General of Guangzhou, China from 2003 to 2006. After retiring from his diplomat career in 2007 he assumed the position of the Resident Representative of UNIDO (United Nations Industrial Development Organization) Seoul Office from 2007 to 2011.
